Age Policy
Age requirements for using the LanderBlock marketplace
This Minecraft marketplace age policy outlines the age requirements for creating an account, purchasing builds, and selling content on LanderBlock. We take the safety of younger users seriously and have established clear rules to comply with applicable child-protection laws, including COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and UK GDPR provisions for minors.
Minimum Age to Buy Builds
- You must be at least 13 years old to create a LanderBlock account and purchase Minecraft builds.
- Users under 13 are not permitted to register, browse as a logged-in user, or make purchases.
- If we discover that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and any associated data promptly.
Minimum Age to Sell Builds
- To sell Minecraft builds on LanderBlock, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Users aged 13–17 may sell only through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the account and its activity.
- The parent or guardian must be the named account holder and must agree to our Terms of Use on the minor’s behalf.
- Users under 13 are not permitted to sell under any circumstances.
Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of LanderBlock. If you believe your child has created an account without your consent, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action, including account deletion if necessary.
Age Verification
LanderBlock relies on self-declared age during registration. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or delete accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe the user does not meet the minimum age requirement.
Changes to This Age Policy
We may update this Minecraft marketplace age policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation or best practices. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of LanderBlock after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
