Refund Policy

This Minecraft build refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a digital download purchased on LanderBlock. Because all products on our marketplace are digital files delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds in every situation. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

When Refunds Are Available

• The downloaded build file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open in a standard Minecraft client.
• The product is materially different from the listing description — for example, the screenshots show a fully furnished castle but the download contains an empty shell.
• The same file was purchased twice by accident (duplicate order).
• A technical error on the LanderBlock platform prevented the file from being delivered.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

• You changed your mind after downloading the file.
• The build works correctly but you simply do not like the style, scale, or design.
• You installed the build incorrectly or used a modded, outdated, or incompatible version of Minecraft. Our installation guides can help resolve most setup issues.
• You purchased a Java Edition build for use on Bedrock Edition (or vice versa) without checking the listing’s compatibility details.
• You are unable to download the file due to issues with your own internet connection, device storage, or software.

How to Request a Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number, the name of the build, and a clear description of the issue.
• Where applicable, include screenshots or screen recordings that demonstrate the problem (e.g. an error message, a missing section of the build, or a comparison with the listing images).
• Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

Creator Responsibility

Creators on LanderBlock are expected to upload working, thoroughly tested build files and to provide accurate descriptions and screenshots. Builds that receive repeated valid refund requests will be flagged for review and may be removed from the marketplace. Creators with a pattern of refund issues may have their selling privileges suspended. If you are a creator and receive a refund notification, review your listing and update or replace the file if necessary.
